From tonight's Christmas Concert

Buon Natale!!! They couldn't get the lighting to work and there were no microphones this year because it is too expensive to buy the batteries?! (wishing we would have packed that sound system now.) I have never seen such chaos. I felt like I was at rehearsal. It was fun though and sooo many people. This is just for the 3rd grade classes. There are photos with the children's teachers and friends. We couldn't get any good video of the Italian songs they sang either. The boys at the very end were chosen to come to the front and say to the crowd Have a Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year! (in English and Italian!!) The kids were clapping and cheering for them. It was GREAT!! So many families we connected with tonight among all the chaos. Thanks for the prayers for my children in school. It has been an interesting semester but we couldn't havemade it without them.

How fun to see all of the pictures. Is Kent's pretty teacher the one with the star earring? Whoever she is , she is gorgeous. A darling picture of you and Natalie. I am so proud the boys were chosen to do solos and also to step forward and wish everyone Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!
