Short stories

Okay, I have been told by many people that Jon and I should write a book about some of the things that have happened to us. I was at least thinking about writing the short stories and going from there. Some of you who have heard our stories... which ones should be included? Let me know if you think of some of your favorites. We will definitely include our first night in Italy. Probably the bunny story. As I write I will post them for all to read or maybe include another blog just for that purpose. What do you think?

This has nothing to do with the post...But, frankly, I'm a little perturbed that your good friends, the Marshes, haven't been placed on your "recommended links" list. You obviously don't want to be associated with them. I just hope that they don't notice this "incidental" overlook.

The bunny, the bunny, oh I love the bunny story!!!

The jellyfish story was so funny I cried, but it might not be book appropriate. KW

Dear anonymous
Unfortunately our organization already supports one missionary to Amsterdam thru the "recommended" list. We are also right in the middle of a building project. We will think about adding you in the future. If you could send us a packet of information we will consider adding you to our blog.

Dear Anonymous-
It has come to our attention that being added to our list is way too easy. We would like for you to complete some online courses to better aid you in being officially recognized by our blog. Please complete these courses and we will reactivate your link to our blog.

How about driving with one eye covered with your hand...or the spill on your pants...oh gosh, there are too many and the sad part is, I don't even know them all. Funny thing is, the phrase has been said "If anything is going to happen, it'll happen to them"!

Love ya! Can't wait for the book! hee hee

Dear Jon and Becky
one would think that because the Marshes cause is a worthy one, they wouldn't have to go through so much "rigga-maroo" (my grandma says it all the time) to be apart of your organization. The processes you have in place for approval are exasperating. Seriously, WHO would ever impose these type of necessities???

Oh, where do I start...the bunny story, Jon having to go the car right before the service started (do I need to say more?), the pastor who was threatening to rough someone up (leave out the names), the church that consisted of the one family. Oh, I can't wait!!

Wait a second... we weren't on your recommended list???

The book would be incomplete without the "Jon-Loufa Sponge-Black Guy" story!

Anonymous, before you can be added to the recommended list, there is the matter of a combined 8 years of college, followed by 12 months of internship, and then you go before the powers that be to see if they have any more hoops they can arbitrarily throw at you, then you must be approved by a sub committee, but not before you fill out the 120 page application and receive the most thorough, and expensive physical exam of your life. We're very sorry to inform you of these details, but we're sure that the fact that you and your wife are about to become parents will not impede your progress, nor discourage you from continuing your quest to become a part of our prestigious organization. Sincerely, the Big Bad Fuzzy Institution.
